Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá klamlivou reklamou a ochranou spotrebiteľa pred týmto nekalosúťažným jednaním. Hlavnou oblasťou záujmu je klamlivá reklama potravín. Na tejto komodite práca znázorňuje, ktoré orgány sú príslušné v procese ochrany spotrebiteľa pred klamlivou reklamou. Práca sa tiež zaoberá výkladom pojmov súvisiacich s klamlivou reklamou, a to nekalou súťažou a reklamou vo všeobecnosti. Informovanosť spotrebiteľov o možnostiach svojej ochrany pred klamlivou reklamou a ich ochota pustiť sa do hájenia svojich záujmov je zhodnotená v závere práce. Bakalářská práce se zabývá klamavou reklamou a ochranou spotřebitele před tímto nekalosoutěžním jednáním. Hlavní oblastí zájmu je klamavá reklama potravin. Na této komoditě práce znázorňuje, které orgány jsou příslušné v procesu ochrany spotřebitele před klamavou reklamou. Práce se také zabývá výkladem pojmů souvisejících s klamavou reklamou, a to nekalou soutěží a reklamou obecně. Informovanost spotřebitelů o možnostech jejich ochrany před klamavou reklamou a jejich ochota pustit se do hájení svých zájmů je zhodnocena v závěru práce. The focus of the thesis is misleading advertising and the consumer protection against this unfair competition. The main focus area of the thesis is the misleading advertising of foodstuffs. The usage of this particular kind of commodities serves as an example to show which authorities are competent in the process of consumer protection against the misleading advertising. The thesis further deals with interpretation of terms, which are related with misleading competition, unfair competition and advertising in general. Awareness of the consumers of what are the possibilities of their protection against the misleading competition and their willingness to defend their interests is then discussed in the final part of the thesis.
