Tato diplomová práce zahrnuje analýzu využití moderních metod, které mají zvyšovat efektivnost veřejného sektoru a dále aplikuje tyto metody na konkrétní případ. V práci je krátce popsán model CAF i smysl zavedení centrální projektové kanceláře. The professional work includes the analysis of modern methods which inrease efficiecy in the public sector. This work also applies these methods to the particular case. The pattern CAF is briefly described. The last topic is focused on the purpose of the introduction of the central project office.
