Automobil provází podnikatele v podnikání dnes a denně. Cílem této práce je přiblížit podnikatelům právní, daňové a účetní prostředí, dotýkající se problematiky používání automobilů, ve kterém se musí pohybovat, a jehož mantinely by neměli opouštět. Teoretické situace, které mohou při používání automobilů v podnikání nastat, jsou doplněny možným praktickým řešením daňovým a účetním. Cars are tightly connected with daily duties of enterprisers. The goal of this Theses is to clarify legal, tax and accounting environment, focusing on cars, where enterprisers are working in and its borders that should not be crossed. Theoretical situations, that can anytime happen when using cars in business, are shown on practical examples.
