Cílem této práce bylo ocenit společnost Orco Property Group, S.A. K tomu bylo zapotřebí provést strategickou analýzu, finanční analýzu a sestavit finanční plán. Pro samotné ocenění jsem vybral metodou DCF Equity. The objctive of this thesis was AN assessment of the value of the Orco Property Group Company. It required making out a strategic analysis, financial analysis and working out a financial plan. For the actual valuing I decided to choose the DCF Equity method.
