Každá organizace hospodaří s určitým majetkem. Péče o tento majetek a jeho využívání pro dosažení cílů dané organizace je nedílnou součástí práce vlastníků a manažerů na všech úrovních řízení dané organizace. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování podkladů pro realizaci větší investice - pořízení nové skladové haly a zároveň poukázat na citlivější momenty, kterými jsou tvorba investičního plánu, pořízení skladové haly, okamžik uvedení do provozu a odepisování. Výstupem k hlavnímu cíli je zhodnocení, zda bylo pořízení skladové haly výhodné. Each organization manages some property. Care of this property and its use for attainment of the given organization is an important part of owners´ and managers´ work of every level of managing of the given organization. The main point of this bachelor´s work is processing of documents for realisation of a bigger investment ? a new storehouse making and at the same time to point out more sensitive moments, such as investment plan creating, a storehouse purchasing, the moment of the storehouse being put into operation and depreciation. The point of main target is the evaluation if purchasing of this storehouse was a bargain.
