Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat a posoudit personální práci, klíčové personální činnosti ve vybrané společnosti a poukázat na vztah mezi postavením personálního oddělení v organizační struktuře společnosti a jeho rozhodovacími pravomocemi a pokusit se vymezit možnosti a meze vlivu personálního oddělení na dění ve společnosti. Analýza je provedena na základě porovnání zjištěných skutečností ve zkoumané společnosti a teoretických poznatků týkajících se personální práce a dále je doplněna dílčími návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace v podniku. The objective of the Bachelor's thesis is to explore and assess the personnel work, the key personnel practices and refer to the relationship between the position of the personnel department in the organizational structure of the company and it's decision-making powers and try to define the possibilities and the limits of impact the personnel department on the events in the company. The analysis is made on comparation of established facts in the analyzed company and the theoretical knowledge of the personnel work. The analysis is supplemented by the some proposals to improve the current situation in the company.
