Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na otázku, jaké jsou největší dopady stárnutí populace na zdravotní a sociální systém. Bakalářská práce je vedena jako teoretická. Nejprve se zaměřuje na jednotlivé demografické údaje spojené se stárnutím populace. Popisuje samotné stárnutí a stáří, které rozděluje na stárnutí biologické, psychické a sociální. Dále popisuje demografii a konkrétní údaje jako je porodnost, úmrtnost, demografické stárnutí, očekávaná délka života a vývoj zdravé délky života. Jako další popisuje stručně dopady stárnutí na společnost. Dalším zaměřením práce je popis zdravotního a sociálního systému a jaké je jejich financování. Práce následně rozebírá druhy dávek v sociálním systému, jako je starobní důchod, vdovský důchod a další a pojednává i o valorizaci důchodů. Následně se napojuje zjišťování konkrétních dopadů na tyto systémy. Rozebírá se konkrétně problematika lůžek následné péče a sociálních lůžek, problematika dostupnosti pobytových služeb a jakou úlohu by měl sehrát veřejný sektor v poskytování zdravotních a sociálních služeb seniorům. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování dopadů stárnutí české populace na zdravotní a sociální sytém. Výzkumné otázky jsou zaměřeny na problematiku lůžek následné péče a sociálních lůžek a na problematiku zapojování veřejného sektoru do poskytování sociálních pobytových služeb. Pro dosažení cíle byla zvolena metoda sekundární analýzy dat. Přínos této práce spočívá v souhrnu dat, která mohou sloužit jako výukový materiál týkající se problematiky dopadů stárnutí. Výzkumné otázky byly zodpovězeny. V závěru je potvrzeno, že stárnutí populace má významný dopad na zdravotní i sociální systém, ale i na další oblasti politiky a společnosti. This bachelor thesis focuses on the question of what are the biggest impacts of population aging on the health and social system. The bachelor thesis is conducted as a theoretical one. First, it focuses on individual demographic data associated with population aging. It describes aging itself and old age, which it divides into biological, psychological and social aging. It also describes demography and specific data such as birth rate, death rate, demographic aging, life expectancy and the development of healthy life expectancy. Next, it briefly describes the effects of aging on society. Another focus of the work is the description of the health and social system and what their financing is like. The work then analyzes the types of benefits in the social system, such as old-age pension, widow's pension and others, and also discusses the valorization of pensions. Subsequently, the detection of specific impacts on these systems is connected. Specifically, the issue of aftercare beds and social beds, the issue of the availability of residential services and what role the public sector should play in providing health and social services to the elderly are discussed. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map the impacts of the aging of the Czech population on the health and social system. The research questions are focused on the issue of aftercare beds and social beds and on the issue of involving the public sector in the provision of social residential services. To achieve the goal, the method of secondary data analysis was chosen. The contribution of this work lies in the summary of data that can serve as teaching material regarding the issue of the impacts of aging. The research questions were answered. In the conclusion, it is confirmed that the aging of the population has a significant impact on the health and social system, but also on other areas of politics and society.
