Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vztah mezi stresem a řízením času, s důrazem na to, jak efektivní strategie time managementu mohou přispět ke snížení míry stresu u zaměstnanců. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří hlavních oblastí. První část se věnuje pojmu stres, jeho příčinám, projevům a důsledkům, a zároveň popisuje vybrané metody jeho zvládání. Druhá část se zaměřuje na řízení času, jeho zásady, nástroje a nejčastější chyby při organizaci času. Třetí kapitola propojuje obě témata a zabývá se tím, jak může správné řízení času sloužit jako prevence nadměrného stresu. Empirická část práce prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo 97 respondentů z řad široké veřejnosti. Cílem výzkumu bylo zhodnotit úroveň stresu, analyzovat návyky v oblasti time managementu a ověřit souvislost mezi těmito dvěma oblastmi. Výsledky ukázaly, že nedostatečná organizace času často vede ke zvýšenému stresu, zatímco pravidelné plánování a určování priorit psychickou zátěž významně snižuje. Na základě zjištění byla navržena praktická doporučení, která mohou zaměstnancům pomoci zlepšit řízení času a efektivněji zvládat stres. This diploma thesis focuses on the relationship between stress and time management, with an emphasis on how effective time management strategies can help reduce stress levels among employees. The theoretical part is divided into three key sections. The first part explores the concept of stress, its causes, symptoms and consequences, as well as selected methods of stress management. The second part is devoted to time management, including its principles, tools and the most common mistakes made when organizing time. The third and final theoretical chapter examines the connection between stress and time management, and how appropriate time planning can serve as a preventive tool against excessive stress. The empirical part of the thesis presents the results of a questionnaire survey, which was conducted among a sample of 97 respondents from the general public. The aim of the research was to assess the level of stress, analyze time management habits and explore the correlation between these two areas. The results confirmed that poor time organization often leads to increased stress, while consistent planning and prioritization reduce psychological strain. Based on the findings, several practical recommendations were proposed to support employees in improving their time management and coping with stress more effectively.
