Pružné uspořádání práce Abstrakt Ve své diplomové práci se zaměřuji na pružné uspořádání práce, které je vedle tradiční formy zaměstnání v posledních letech na vzestupu, a to především z důvodu neustálého technologického vývoje, vlivem pandemie COVID-19 a také vzhledem k měnícím se potřebám trhu práce a společnosti. V úvodu diplomové práce definuji, co je to pružné uspořádání práce a jaké jednotlivé formy pružného uspořádání práce Zákoník práce zná. Následně se diplomová práce věnuje směrnici Evropského parlamentu a Rady o rovnováze mezi pracovním a soukromým životem rodičů a pečujících osob, která představuje významný legislativní rámec pro podporu pružného uspořádání práce a rovnosti mezi muži a ženami na trhu práce. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na tři formy pružného uspořádání práce, a to konkrétně na práci na dálku, kratší pracovní dobu a sdílené pracovní místo. Každý z těchto institutů je rozebrán z pohledu právní úpravy, jeho výhod a nevýhod a dopadů na zaměstnance. U práce na dálku se diplomová práce zaměřuje také na to, jak se řeší náklady práce mimo kancelář či jak se posuzuje pracovní úraz. V neposlední řadě je věnován prostor také právu na odpojení, které sice v českém právním řádu zatím nenalezneme, nicméně vzhledem k návrhu směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady o právu odpojit se, je možné,... Flexible work arrangement Abstract In my thesis I focus on flexible working arrangements, which, alongside traditional forms of employment, have been on the rise in recent years, mainly due to constant technological developments, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the changing needs of the labour market and society. In the introduction of the thesis I define what flexible work arrangements are and what forms of flexible work arrangements are known in the Czech Labour Code. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the directive of the European parliament and of the Council on work-life balance for parents and carers which provides an important legislative framework for promoting flexible working arrangements and equality between men and women in the labour market. This thesis focuses on three forms of flexible working arrangements, namely remote working, part-time job and job sharing. Each of these institutes is discussed in terms of its legal regulation, its advantages and disadvantages and its impact on employees. In the case of remote work, the thesis also focuses on how work-related expenses outside the office are handled and how work injuries are assessed.
