Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty po operaci střev, popsat komplikace při hojení operačních ran a zjistit pravidla péče a rekonvalescence po operaci střev. Pro dosažení cílů byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná metoda za pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sestrami chirurgického oddělení vybrané nemocnice. Výzkumné šetření umožnilo hlubší pochopení zkušeností ošetřovatelského personálu a poskytlo tak cenné informace o metodách a postupech, které jsou efektivní při zajištění pooperační péče o pacienty po resekci střev. Vědecký přínos práce spočívá v hodnocení a podrobném popisu ošetřovatelských intervencí se zaměřením na specifické postupy, ovlivňující hojení operačních ran a celkovou rekonvalescenci pacientů. Dále se zaměřuje na individuální přístup v ošetřovatelské péči a její vliv na zajištění příznivého zotavení pacienta. Získané poznatky potvrzují, že kvalita ošetřovatelské pooperační péče je rozhodujícím faktorem pro průběh hojení ran, prevenci a minimalizaci komplikací. Zjištění poukazují také na význam správného vedení rekonvalescence, která je klíčová pro zlepšení celkového stavu pacienta. Výsledky bakalářské práce mohou přispět ke zlepšení standardizovaných ošetřovatelských postupů, dále přinášejí užitečné informace zaměřené na vzdělávání pro zdravotnický personál, širší veřejnost či pro management ošetřovatelství. Vysoká úroveň edukace ošetřovatelského personálu a důraz na týmovou spolupráci hrají klíčovou roli v zajištění kvalitní péče o pacienty po resekci střev. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to map the specifics of nursing care for patients after bowel surgery, to describe complications in healing of surgical wounds and to determine the rules of care and recovery after bowel surgery. To achieve the objectives, a qualitative research method was chosen using semi-structured interviews with nurses of the surgical department of the selected hospital. The research investigation allowed for a deeper understanding of the experiences of nursing staff and thus provided valuable information on methods and practices that are effective in providing postoperative care for patients after bowel resection. The scientific contribution of this thesis lies in the evaluation and detailed description of nursing interventions, focusing on specific practices affecting surgical wound healing and overall patient recovery. It also focuses on the individual approach in nursing care and its influence on ensuring a favourable recovery of the patient. The obtained findings confirm that the quality of postoperative nursing care is a decisive factor for the course of wound healing, prevention and minimization of complications. The findings also point to the importance of proper management of recovery, which is crucial for the acceleration and quality of the patient's overall condition. The results of the Bachelor's thesis may contribute to the improvement of standardised nursing practices, as well as providing useful information aimed at education for healthcare staff, the wider public or nursing management. The high level of education of nursing staff and the emphasis on teamwork play a key role in ensuring quality care for patients after bowel resection.
