[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku komunikace s autistickými klienty ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak sestry vnímají a rozumí specifikům komunikace s těmito klienty, jak rozpoznávají charakteristické rysy autismu a jakým způsobem přizpůsobují svou komunikaci při péči o autistické klienty. Dále se práce soustředí na identifikaci metod a komunikačních pomůcek, které mohou zlepšit interakci s autistickými klienty. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se autismu a komunikace s těmito klienty včetně přístupů, které mohou usnadnit vzájemnou komunikaci, jako jsou vizuální materiály, piktogramy a individuální přístupy. ¨ Většina sester si uvědomuje důležitost individuálního přístupu, trpělivosti a využívání komunikačních pomůcek, jako jsou piktogramy a vizuální materiály. Sestry také zdůraznily význam spolupráce s rodinami klientů a doporučily zajištění kontinuálního vzdělávání zdravotnického personálu. Výsledky výzkumu přinesly doporučení pro zlepšení komunikace s autistickými klienty, jako je lepší edukace sester a rodin, a vytvoření vhodnějších podmínek v prostředí zdravotnických zařízení. Pro realizaci výzkumu byla zvolena kvalitativní metoda s využitím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo v traumatologické ambulanci a ordinacích praktických lékařů v Jihočeském kraji, kde výzkumný vzorek tvořily sestry pracující v těchto zařízeních. Data byla získána pomocí otevřených otázek, které umožnily sestrám podělit se o jejich zkušenosti a názory na zlepšení komunikace s autistickými klienty. Výsledky ukázaly, že sestry měly základní povědomí o autismu, ale stále existuje prostor pro zlepšení jejich dovedností a znalostí v oblasti komunikace s těmito klienty.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of communication with autistic clients in healthcare facilities. The aim was to investigate how nurses perceive and understand the specifics of communication with these clients, how they recognize the characteristic features of autism, and how they adapt their communication when caring for autistic clients. The thesis also aims to identify methods and communication tools that can improve interaction with autistic clients. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic terms related to autism and communication with these patients, including approaches that can facilitate mutual communication, such as visual materials, pictograms, and individualized approaches. For the research, a qualitative method was chosen, using semi-structured interviews. The research was conducted in a trauma clinic and general practitioners' offices in the South Bohemian Region, with the research sample consisting of nurses working in these facilities. Data was collected through open-ended questions, allowing the nursis to share their experiences and opinions on improving communication with autistic clients. The results showed that nurses have a basic understanding of autism, but there is still room for improvement in their skills and knowledge related to communication with these patients. Most nurses recognize the importance of an individualized approach, patience, and the use of communication tools such as pictograms and visual materials. Nurses also emphasized the significance of collaboration with the patients' families and recommended continuous education for healthcare staff. The research results provided recommendations for improving communication with autistic clients, such as better education for nurses and families, and creating more suitable conditions in healthcare settings. This research highlights the need for ongoing education of healthcare staff and the adaptation of communication to improve the care of patients with autism and ensure their greater comfort and satisfaction during treatment.
