Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím výměnného obrázkového komunikačního systému (VOKS) u dětí s vývojovou dysfázií z pohledu rodičů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na narušenou komunikační schopnost, vývojovou dysfázii - její etiologii, klasifikaci, symptomatologii, diagnostiku, terapii a prognózu. Dále popisuje alternativní a augmentativní komunikaci, jejímž klíčovým tématem je výměnný obrázkový komunikační systém. Cílem praktické části je zjistit zkušenosti rodičů dětí s vývojovou dysfázií s metodou VOKS. Výzkumnou metodou jsou hloubkové rozhovory s rodiči, u kterých analýza sledovala různé pohledy, vzory a zkušenosti. První část rozhovorů, která se soustředila na vývojovou dysfázii ukázala, že odpovědi respondentů byly ve všech třech případech obdobné. V druhé části výsledky ukázaly, že rodiče se o metodě VOKS dozvěděli nejčastěji od logopeda nebo mateřské školy. Motivací k jejímu využití byla snaha usnadnit dítěti komunikaci. Mezi výhody respondenti zařadili zlepšení vyjadřování potřeb, jednoduchost a propojení obrázku se slovem. Nevýhody zahrnovaly časovou náročnost, cenu a časté vyžadování odměn. Všichni respondenti by metodu dalším rodičům doporučili. Na základě získaných dat byla vytvořena brožura jako podpůrný materiál pro rodiče bez předchozích zkušeností s metodou VOKS, která obsahuje praktické informace, tipy a příklady využití. K brožuře jsou přiloženy komunikační karty zaměřené na každodenní situace, které dítě s vývojovou dysfázií denně zažívá. Spojení výzkumu a tvorby podpůrného materiálu přispěje k lepší informovanosti a usnadní rodičům komunikaci s jejich dětmi. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) - in Czech known as VOKS - for children with developmental dysphasia from the perspective of parents. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section deals with impaired communication ability and developmental dysphasia, including its etiology, classification, symptomatology, diagnosis, therapy, and prognosis. It also describes augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), with the Picture Exchange Communication System as its central theme. The aim of the practical part is to explore the experiences of parents of children with developmental dysphasia using the VOKS method. The chosen research method was in-depth interviews with parents, and the analysis focused on various perspectives, patterns, and experiences.The first part of the interviews, which addressed developmental dysphasia, revealed that the participants' responses were largely similar across all three cases. In the second part, the findings showed that parents most often learned about the VOKS method from a speech therapist or a preschool teacher. Their main motivation for using the method was to facilitate communication for their child. Among the advantages, respondents mentioned improved expression of needs, simplicity, and the connection between pictures and words. The disadvantages included the time demands, cost, and frequent use of rewards. All respondents said they would recommend the method to other parents. Based on the collected data, a brochure was created as a supportive resource for parents with no prior experience with VOKS. The brochure contains practical information, tips, and usage examples. It is accompanied by communication cards focused on everyday situations typically experienced by children with developmental dysphasia. The combination of research and the development of a practical resource contributes to greater awareness and facilitates communication between parents and their children.
