Důvěra v právo Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou důvěry v právo v České republice. Práce se zaměřuje na důvěru z hlediska sociologického a právního. Důvěra v právo obsahuje řadu rovin důvěry jako je důvěra interpersonální, a dále především důvěra institucionální a systémová. Cílem diplomové práce je vymezit důvěru v právo a specifikovat dosavadní poznatky z oblasti důvěry v právo a právní stát. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyřech hlavních částí. V první části se zaměřujeme na důvěru a právo jako pojmy. Vymezujeme právo jako pojem a jeho specifika. Zaměřujeme se jak na důvěru interpersonální, tak následně i na důvěru institucionální. Z hlediska práva práce dále rovněž vymezuje, co je to demokratický právní stát a jeho náležitosti. V druhé části se věnujeme významu důvěry v právo a specifických právních institutů, které mimo jiné přispívají k důvěře v právo u adresátů právních norem. Práce v této souvislosti zmiňuje především právní jistotu, legitimitu, zásadu zákonnosti a další. Pozornost je věnována i významu právní gramotnosti ve společnosti. Práce se v kapitole třetí zabývá institucionální důvěrou v České republice. Institucionální důvěra je jedním ze znaků moderní společnosti. Je rozebrána důvěra v politické instituce jako je vláda nebo poslanecká sněmovna České republiky. Dále se... Trust in Law Abstract This thesis deals with the issue of trust in law in the Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on trust from a sociological and legal point of view. Trust in law includes a number of levels of trust such as interpersonal trust, as well as institutional and systemic trust. The aim of the thesis is to define trust in law and to specify the existing knowledge in the field of trust in law and the rule of law. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part focuses on trust and law as concepts. We define law as a concept and its specifics. We focus on both interpersonal trust and, subsequently, institutional trust. In terms of labour law, we also define what a democratic rule of law is and its requisites. In the second part, we discuss the meaning of trust in law and specific legal institutions that, among other things, contribute to trust in law among the addressees of legal norms. In this context, the thesis mentions in particular legal certainty, legitimacy, the principle of legality and others. Attention is also paid to the importance of legal literacy in society. Third chapter deals with institutional trust in the Czech Republic. Institutional trust is one of the features of modern society.
