Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na adaptaci dětí z dětského domova do prostředí mateřské školy z pohledu učitele. Zkoumá vliv ústavní péče na vývoj dítěte, roli mateřské školy při začleňování těchto dětí a význam pedagogického přístupu při usnadňování adaptačního procesu. Práce se věnuje zkušenostem učitelů, kteří s dětmi z dětského domova pracují, a analyzuje jejich názory a postřehy získané prostřednictvím rozhovorů. Učitelé odhalují problematiku spolupráce mezi institucemi, způsoby předávání informací či řešení problémů v různých oblastech. V bakalářské práci učitelé také poukazují na individuální přístupy a podporu dětem s rozdíly v jejich schopnostech, dovednostech či specifických potřebách. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the adaptation of children from a children's home to a kindergarten environment from the teacher's perspective. It examines the influence of institutional care on the child's development, the role of kindergarten in the integration of these children and the importance of a pedagogical approach in facilitating the adaptation process. The thesis focuses on the experiences of teachers who work with children from children's homes and analyzes their opinions and observations obtained through interviews. Teachers reveal the issues of cooperation between institutions, methods of transmitting information or solving problems in various areas. In the bachelor's thesis, teachers also point out individual approaches and support for children with differences in their abilities, skills or specific needs.
