Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikačně náročnými situacemi v mateřské škole a přístupy pedagogů k jejich zvládání. Cílem je identifikovat, které situace jsou pro učitelky mateřských škol problematické a jakým způsobem k nim přistupují, včetně práce s citlivými tématy. Teoretická část vychází z principů humanisticky orientované pedagogiky a zaměřuje se na respektující komunikaci. Výzkumná část je realizována formou kvalitativního šetření prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. This bachelor thesis deals with communicatively challenging situations in kindergarten and teachers' approaches to dealing with them. The aim is to identify which situations are problematic for kindergarten teachers and how they approach them, including working with sensitive topics. The theoretical part is based on the principles of humanistically oriented pedagogy and focuses on respectful communication.
