Název: Vliv zátěže a kompenzačních cvičení na držení těla při pěších přesunech u vojenského personálu: narativní rešerše Cíle: Cílem práce bylo analyzovat vliv nesené zátěže na pohybový aparát vojenského personálu při pěších přesunech a zhodnotit přínos kompenzačních cvičení jako prostředku prevence a léčby muskuloskeletálních obtíží. Práce vycházela ze dvou hypotéz: (1) vysoká zátěž negativně ovlivňuje držení těla a zdraví vojáků, zejména v oblasti zad a dolních končetin; (2) kompenzační cvičení mohou předcházet muskuloskeletálním zraněním, zlepšit výkonnost při pochodech a sloužit jako nástroj k léčbě již vzniklých zranění. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce byla vypracována formou narativní rešerše odborné literatury s prvky systematického přístupu, který byl využit k efektivnímu zajištění přehledu klíčových publikací. Základem bylo stanovení výzkumných otázek a cílů práce, na jejichž základě byl vytvořen vyhledávací skript pro internetové databáze (Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus). Vyhledávány byly studie zaměřené na vliv nesené zátěže na držení těla vojenského personálu a efektivitu kompenzačních cvičení při prevenci a řešení zdravotních komplikací. Následně byly vybrané studie rozebrány z pohledu přínosu pro tuto práci. Výsledky: První hypotéza, že vysoká nesená zátěž negativně ovlivňuje zdraví... Title: The Impact of Load and Compensatory Exercises on Posture during Foot Marches on Military Personnel: A Narrative Review Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to analyze the impact of carried load on the musculoskeletal system of military personnel during foot marches and to evaluate the benefits of compensatory exercises as a means of preventing and treating musculoskeletal injuries. The study was based on two hypotheses: (1) high load negatively affects posture and health, particularly in the back and lower limbs; (2) compensatory exercises can prevent musculoskeletal injuries, improve performance during marches, and serve as a tool for rehabilitating existing injuries. Methods: This work for this bachelor's thesis was conducted in the form of a narrative literature review with elements of a systematic approach, which was used to ensure an effective overview of key publications. Formulation of research questions and objectives forms the basis of the work, upon which a search script for online databases (Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus) was created. Studies focusing on the impact of load carriage on the posture of military personnel and the effectiveness of compensatory exercises in preventing and addressing health complications were searched.
