Magisterská práce se zabývá třemi zástupci fluorchinolonových antibiotik - ciprofloxacinem, enrofloxacinem a norfloxacinem. V teoretické části je představen jejich vývoj, charakteristika a mechanismus účinku. Experimentální část je zaměřena na fotochemickou degradaci ciprofloxacinu, enrofloxacinu a norfloxacinu v neutrálním a zásaditém pH za přítomnosti heterogenního katalyzátoru (TiO2), kinetiku fotodegradace, porovnání degradačních produktů na TiO2 a s produkty vznikajícími fotochemickou degradací v homogenní fázi pomocí metody LC-MS/MS, a toxické efekty produktů fotochemické degradace v přítomnosti TiO2 na dvou druzích bakterií. The Master thesis deals with three representatives of the fluoroquinolone antibiotics - ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin and norfloxacin. In the theoretical part, their development, characteristics and mechanism of action is described. The experimental part is focused on photochemical degradation of ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin and norfloxacin at neutral and alkaline pH in the presence of heterogenous catalyst (TiO2), kinetics of photodegradations, comparison of degradation products on TiO2 and under irradiation in homogeneous aqueous solution using LC-MS/MS method, and toxic effect of products of photochemical degradation in the presence of TiO2 on two bacteria species.
