Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Operativním controllingem ve vybraném středisku konkrétního podniku. Cílem této práce je analýza využití operativních controllingových metod a nástrojů ve vnitropodnikovém útvaru. Na základě analýzy těchto činností jsou následně vyhodnoceny jednotlivé postupy a navrženo optimalizační řešení. Analýza se provádí ve společnosti, která se zaměřuje na výrobu komponentů pro dieselové vstřikovací systémy Common Rail. Mezi hlavní produkty společnosti patří dieselová vysokotlaká vstřikovací čerpadla, vysokotlaké zásobníky a tlakové regulační ventily. Diplomová práce hodnotí činnost společnosti v oblasti nákladů na praní obalů, plánování potřeb obalů, kalkulace, tvorbu Business plánu a hodnotí jeho odchylky od skutečnosti. Byla provedena analýza objemu zakázky, vypočten příspěvek k úhradě a vypočten bod zvratu. Na základě zjištěných výsledků je navržena možnost úspory při praní obalů a navržena metoda ABC, která dělí obaly na základě velikosti úspor. Dále jsou stanoveny řešení pro efektivnější plánování pomocí metody XYZ a tvorbu Business plánu. This diploma thesis deals with Operational controlling in a selected center of a specific company. The aim of this work is to analyze the use of operational controlling methods and tools in the internal department. Based on the analysis of these activities, the individual procedures are subsequently evaluated and an optimization solution is proposed. The analysis is performed at company, which focuses on the production of components for Common Rail diesel injection systems. The company's main products include diesel high-pressure injection pumps, high-pressure tanks and pressure control valves. The diploma thesis evaluates the company's activities in the field of packaging washing packaging, packaging needs planning, calculation, creation of a business plan and evaluates its deviations from reality. An analysis of the volume of the order was performed, the contribution to the payment was calculated and the break even point were calculated. Based on the results, the possibility of saving packaging is proposed and the ABC method is proposed, which divides packaging based on the size of savings. Furthermore, solutions for more effective planning using the XYZ method and creation of a Business Plan are set out.
