[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou demografických aspektů kvality života v Belgickém království, České republice, Francii a na Slovensku. Cílem práce je zhodnotit kvalitu života v jednotlivých zemích na základě demografických i ekonomických a environmentálních ukazatelů. Shromážděná data jsou zpracována v programu MS Excel pomocí konvergenční metody a popisné statistiky. Index kvality života pracuje se zeměmi i regiony podle kategorizace NUTS 2 a zkoumá regionální rozdíly pomocí shlukové analýzy vytvořené v programu ArcGIS. Výsledky analýzy ukázaly, že Slovensko v porovnání s ostatními zeměmi v kvalitě života zaostává. V případě indexu kvality života dosáhlo v roce 2021 pouze 28,045 bodu, což je dvakrát méně než Česká republika, která byla třetí. To také poukazuje na rozdílnost trajektorií zemí po rozdělení, a to navzdory jejich bohaté společné historii. Naproti tomu Francie, která dosáhla nejvyšší kvality života, měla v roce 2021 hodnotu 64,837. Na zaostalost Slovenska z hlediska kvality života upozorňuje i analýza na úrovni NUTS 2, kde tři ze čtyř regionů dosáhly podprůměrných hodnot reprezentovaných shlukem tři. Nejvyšších hodnot indexu kvality života dosáhl region Île-de-France, který je v podstatě totožný s pařížskou aglomerací, a to 79,96 bodu. V ostatních případech byla vyšší kvalita života typická spíše pro okolní regiony hlavního města.The thesis examines the demographic aspects of quality of life in the Kingdom of Belgium, the Czech Republic, France and Slovakia. The objective is to evaluate the quality of life in each country using demographic, economic and environmental indicators. The data is processed in MS Excel using the convergence method and descriptive statistics. The Quality of Life Index is employed to examine both countries and regions according to the NUTS 2 categorisation, with a view to identifying regional differences through the use of a cluster analysis created in ArcGIS. The results of the analysis indicate that Slovakia is lagging behind in terms of quality of life compared to other countries. In the case of the Quality of Life Index, Slovakia scored only 28.045 in 2021, which is twice as low as the Czech Republic, which was third. This also highlights the divergence of the countries' post-partition trajectories, despite their rich shared history. In contrast, France, which achieved the highest quality of life, stood at 64,837 in 2021. Slovakia's underdevelopment in terms of quality of life is also highlighted by the analysis at NUTS 2 level, where three of the four regions scored below the average values represented by cluster three. The Île-de-France region, which is essentially identical to the Paris agglomeration, achieved the highest values of the quality of life index at 79.96. In other cases, the higher quality of life was more typical of the regions surrounding the capital.
