Oblastí zájmu této diplomové práce je migrační krize z roku 2015 a její dopad na spolupráci mezi Řeckem a Tureckem v kontextu migrace. Cílem práce je zhodnotit přijatou dohodu mezi Evropskou unií a Tureckem v souvislosti s vývojem řecko-turecké spolupráce v oblasti migrace. Efektivita dohody je hodnocena na základě dat týkajících se počtu nelegálních migrantů. První část diplomové práce se věnuje popisu teorie migrace, fungování migrační politiky na úrovni EU a evropské migrační krizi z roku 2015. Druhá část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na dopad migrační krize na tureckou migrační a azylovou politiku. Klíčovou částí diplomové práce je analýza dopadů migrační krize na podobu řecko-turecké spolupráce a zhodnocení efektivity přijaté dohody mezi EU a Řeckem v souvislosti řecko-turecké spolupráce v oblasti migrace. V závěru práce jsou popsány další události, jež měly vliv na podobu řecko-tureckých vztahů a jejich spolupráce v kontextu migrace. The area of interest of this diploma thesis is the migration crisis of 2015 and its impact on cooperation between Greece and Turkey in the context of migration. The aim of the work is to evaluate the accepted agreement between the European Union and Turkey in the context of the development of Greek-Turkish cooperation in the field of migration. The effectiveness of the agreement is evaluated on the basis of data on the number of illegal migrants. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the description of migration theory, the functioning of migration policy at the EU level and the European migration crisis in 2015. The second part of the thesis focuses on the impact of the migration crisis on Turkish migration and asylum policy. The key part of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the effects of the migration crisis on the form of Greek-Turkish cooperation and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the adopted agreement between the EU and Greece in the context of Greek-Turkish cooperation in the field of migration. At the end of the thesis, other events that had an impact on the shape of Greek-Turkish relations and their cooperation in the context of migration are described.
