Abstrakt: This thesis is focused on the anisakid nematodes.The study concluded current knowledge on the biology and systematics of this group of parasites with a focus on zoonotic genera causing anisakidosis and the practical part using molecular techniques for the identification of anisakid larvae obtained from Antarctic fishes.
