Byly vyvinuty algoritmy a program pro výpočet TEC a zpoždění navigačního signálu s použitím IRI modelu, byly validovány tchajwanské družicové sondy na měření ionosférického plazmatu in-situ. Algorithms and a programme were developed to calculate TEC and navigation signal delay using the IRI model. Taiwanese satellite probes were validated for in-situ ionospheric plasma measurements.
