Tato rigorózní práce se zaměřuje na tematickou analýzu procesu stávání se mistrem v oblasti hudby a identifikaci klíčových faktorů, které subjekt vnímá jako důležité na své cestě k dosažení mistrovství ve hře na hudební nástroje. Práce je dělena na dvě části. Teoretická část práce pojednává o konceptu mistrovství a jeho procesu dosahování, důležitosti stavu flow a jeho vazbě na mistrovství, teorii afordance, rozdílech mezi mistrovskými a začátečnickými hráči v šachu a propojení psychologie a hudby. Empirická část práce implementuje kvalitativní výzkumný design, konkrétně realizaci sedmi narativních rozhovorů s hudebníky, kteří dosáhli určitého stupně mistrovství. Analýza těchto rozhovorů odhaluje, že klíčové zdroje při dosahování mistrovství jsou dispozice, motivace, sebeuvědomění, vliv významných druhých, zvládání nervozity a stav flow. Tyto zdroje se mohou vzájemně ovlivňovat. Diskuze prezentuje srovnání získaných výsledků s existující literaturou a identifikuje možné omezení práce. Přínos této práce spočívá v detailním mapování a identifikaci klíčových faktorů vedoucích k mistrovství v oblasti hudby. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována nejen aspektům, sociálně- motivačně-afektivní rovině, ale i psychomotorické rovině, což přináší unikátní perspektivu na proces stávání se hudebníkem až do podoby... This thesis focuses on a narrative analysis of the process of becoming a master musician and the identification of the key factors that the subject perceives as important in their journey towards achieving mastery of a musical instrument. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the concept of mastery and the process of achieving it, the importance of the flow state and its connection to mastery, the theory of Affordance, the differences between master and beginner players in chess, and the connection between psychology and music. The empirical part of the thesis implements a qualitative research design, specifically conducting seven narrative interviews with musicians who have achieved a certain level of mastery. Analysis of these interviews reveals that the key resources in achieving mastery are disposition, motivation, self-awareness, the influence of significant others, managing nervousness, and state of flow. These resources may interact with each other. The discussion presents a comparison of the results obtained with the existing literature and identifies possible limitations of the work.
