Obsahem této práce je zpracování ošetřovatelské kazuistiky u pacientky s diagnózou arteriální hypertenze. V klinické části popisuji celkové onemocnění od jeho historie, epidemiologie, etiologie, klinického obrazu, diagnostiky, léčby, prevence a prognózy. Ke klinické části přidávám identifikační údaje, lékařskou anamnézu, lékařské diagnózy a terapii. V ošetřovatelské části se zabývám subjektivním náhledem na nemoc, hospitalizaci a zhodnocením stavu při převzetí pacientky do péče. Zde jsou identifikovány a řešeny problémy pacientky stanovením cílů a intervencí. V závěru se zabývám edukací a prognózou pacientky. This work deals with elaboration of nursing casuistry of a patient with Arterial Hypertension Diagnosis. In the clinical part of the work overall illness from its genesis, history, epidemiology, etiology, clinical summary, diagnostics, treatment, prevention and prospects of treatment are described. In the clinical part patient identification, medical case history, medical diagnosis and therapy were included. The nursing part is focused on subjective view of the illness, hospitalization and evaluation of patient's condition at the time of hospital admittance. Problems of the patient are identified and solved. Targets and therapy were set. In conclusion patient's prospects of treatment, foreknowledge and education of the patient were dealt with.
