Cílem mojí bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat botanickou charakteristiku rakytníku řešetlákového, popsat oblasti rozšíření a možnosti pěstování, včetně způsobu rozmnožování. Zaměřila jsem se na zmapování světové produkce a technologii pěstování. Zmiňuji také způsoby sklizně a zpracování této léčivé rostliny, která je pro obsah vitaminů a bioaktivních látek v plodech i listech velmi ceněna. Během psaní a shromažďování informací o rakytníku jsem zjistila, že u nás tato poměrně nová kulturní rostlina vyvolává opodstatněně stále větší zájem. Věřím, že se tento „zázrak“ stane součástí stravovacích návyků a produkty z rakytníku budou prospěchem pro zdraví. The aim of my bachelor thesis was to elaborate the botanical characteristics of sea buckthorn, to describe the distribution areas and cultivation possibilities, including the method of propagation. I focused on mapping the world production and the cultivation technology. I also mention harvesting and processing methods of this medicinal plant, which is highly valued for its vitamin and bioactive content in the fruits and leaves. While writing and collecting information on sea buckthorn, I found that this relatively new cultural plant is reasonably attracting more attention in our country. I believe this 'miracle' will become part of our dietary habits and sea buckthorn products will be beneficial to our health.
