Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na původ, šíření a historii pěstování meruněk na území České republiky. V praktické části práce je porovnáno 12 odrůd meruněk. Zkoumány byly odrůdy Bergarouge, Bergecot, Bergeval, Digat, Flavour Cot, Koolgat, Orange Red, Sefora, Vanilla Cot a Veselka, jako kontrolní odrůdy byly vybrány odrůdy Candela a Orange Red. V práci jsou zdokumentovány fenologické fáze kvetení a zrání, morfologické a pomologické znaky těchto odrůd. K podrobnějšímu srovnání jsou naměřeny a vyhodnoceny také obsahy titrovatelných kyselin, fenolických látek, flavonoidů a celkové antioxidační kapacity. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the origin, spread and history of apricot cultivation in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the thesis, 12 varieties of apricots were compared. The varieties Bergarouge, Bergecot, Bergeval, Digat, Flavor Cot, Koolgat, Orange Red, Sefora, Vanilla Cot and Veselka were examined, and the Candela and Orange Red varieties served as controls. The phenological phases of flowering and ripening, morphological and pomological characteristics of examined varieties are documented in the thesis. For a more detailed comparison, the contents of titratable acids, phenolic substances, flavonoids and total antioxidant capacity are also measured and evaluated.
