Die Masterarbeit befasst sich mit dem Thema der grenzüberschreitenden Kooperation im Rahmen des europäischen Förderprogramms Interreg Großregion. Anhand der subjektiven Perspektiven von zwei Projektkoordinatorinnen werden insbesondere positive Auswirkungen der Projekte sowie Herausforderungen und Strategien zu deren Überwindung hervorgehoben. This Master's thesis examines the topic of cross-border cooperation within the framework of the European funding programme Interreg Greater Region. Focusing on the subjective perspectives of two project coordinators, this thesis is particularly interested in the opportunities these projects provided as well as in the challenges they faced and in strategies they found to overcome or prevent them.
