Ce mémoire vise ? caractériser la diplomatie culturelle ukrainienne en Allemagne et ? comprendre les effets de celle-ci sur la perception du pays et de sa culture dans l'opinion publique allemande depuis 2022. Il s'intéresse aux objectifs stratégiques, aux acteurs et aux moyens de la diplomatie culturelle, ainsi qu'aux changements perceptuels observés dans la société allemande sur la question de l'Ukraine. This thesis aims to characterize Ukrainian cultural diplomacy in Germany, and to understand its effects on the perception of the country and its culture among German public opinion since 2022. It focuses on the strategic objectives, actors and means of cultural diplomacy, as well as the perceptual changes observed in German society on the topic of Ukraine.
