Tato práce se zabývá výrobou překližovaných desek z dýh, které byly plastifikovány mikrovlnami a denzifikovány a vlivem těchto modifikací na výsledné fyzikální a mechanické vlastnosti těchto překližovaných desek. Testovanými vlastnostmi byly mez pevnosti a modul pružnosti v ohybu, pevnost lepené spáry ve smyku a z fyzikálních vlastností vlhkost, hustota, bobtnání a nasáklivost. Při výzkumu byly vyrobeny 4 typy překližovaných desek – referenční desky, desky s dýhami denzifikovanými při 70 % vlhkosti, desky denzifikovány po mikrovlnné plastifikaci a desky denzifikovány při 20 % vlhkosti. Vlastnosti těchto desek by měly vyjít lepší než vlastnosti desek vyrobených s běžných dýh, což se nám tímto výzkumem podařilo ověřit. Desky s denzifikovanými dýhami vykazovali lepší vlastnosti než desky referenční. This thesis focuses on the production of plywood from veneers that have been plasticized by microwaves and densified. It also revolves around the effect of these modifications on their physical and mechanical properties. The mechanical properties tested were: the modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity, the shear strength of the bonded joint. Among the physical properties there were: moisture content, density, swelling and water absorption. Four types of plywood boards were produced in the research – reference boards, boards with veneers densified at 70 % moisture content, boards densified after microwave plasticization and boards densified at 20 % moisture content. We assume that the treated boards will show better qualities than those made with conventional veneers, which we have been able to verify with this research The boards with densified veneers showed better properties than the reference boards.
