Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá efektivností výroby dubových spárovek ve firmě JELÍNEK - výroba nábytku s. r. o. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika spárovka, druhy vad dřeva, proces výroby spárovky, kvalitativní hodnocení spárovek a popisuje taktéž metody použité při měření. Pro měření byly použity metody časový snímek operace a snímek pracovního dne. V praktické části jsou výsledky těchto měření a z nich vypočítané hodnoty – čas potřebný k výrobě spárovky, cena výroby spárovky, spotřeba času na pracovišti. Pro určení výtěže byla použita data z firmy. Následně jsou diskutována zavedená a navrhovaná řešení pro zvýšení efektivity výroby spárovky. This bachelor thesis deals with the efficiency of oak solid wood panel production in the company JELÍNEK - výroba nábytku s. r. o. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the solid wood panel, types of wood defects, the process of solid wood panel production, qualitative evaluation of the solid wood panel and also describes the methods used for measurement. The methods used for the measurements were time snapshot of the operation and snapshot of the working day. In the practical part, the results of these measurements and the values calculated from them are presented - time required to produce the solid wood panel, cost of producing the solid wood panel, time consumption at the workplace. Data from the company was used to determine the yield. Subsequently, the implemented and proposed solutions to increase the efficiency of solder joint production are discussed.
