Název: Motivace fanoušků ženského fotbalového týmu AC Sparta Praha k fandovství Cíle: Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je prostřednictvím případové studie identifikovat faktory motivující fanoušky ženského fotbalového týmu AC Sparta Praha k fandovství a na základě výsledků navrhnout doporučení k rozšíření fanouškovské základny a zvýšení návštěvnosti zápasů. Metody: Pro zkoumání motivačních faktorů fanoušků ženského fotbalového týmu AC Sparta Praha byl částečně převzat dotazník Funka et al. (2003). Data jsou získána pomocí elektronického dotazníku a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Dotazník byl zaslán správcům účtů fanouškovských komunit a následně zveřejněn na příslušných sociálních sítích, pro rozhovory bylo využito vlastních kontaktů. Dále byli fanoušci osloveni přímo na zápasech ženského týmu AC Sparta Praha. Výsledky: Z provedené případové studie vyplývá, že fanoušci začali ženský fotbalový tým Sparty nejčastěji podporovat na základě hraní fotbalu, vlivu jiných osob a hraní členky rodiny za Spartu. K fandovství a účasti na zápasech fanoušky nejvíce motivuje faktor zájem o tým s hodnotou průměru 5,42, dále faktor podpora příležitostí žen ve sportu s hodnotou 5,19 a faktor hráčky jako vzory s hodnotou průměru 5,18. Jediným faktorem, k němuž mají fanoušci negativní postoj je zájem o hráčky s... Title: Motivation of fans of the AC Sparta Prague women's football team to fandom Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to identify the factors motivating fans of the AC Sparta Prague women's football team to fandom and based on the results to propose recommendations for expanding the fan base and increasing attendance at matches. Furthermore, the fans were addressed directly at the matches of the AC Sparta Prague women's team. Methods: The questionnaire of Funk et al. (2003) was partially adopted to investigate the motivational factors of fans of the AC Sparta Prague women's football team. The data were obtained by means of an electronic questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. The questionnaire was sent to the account managers of the fan communities and subsequently published on the respective social networks, own contacts were used for the interviews. Results: The case study shows that fans started to support the Sparta women's football team most often on the basis of playing football, the influence of other people and having a family member playing for Sparta.
