V naší bakalářské práci jsme se zabývali vzájemnou interakcí mezi matkou a dítětem v závislosti na způsobu krmení podle modelu Barnardové. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 14 matek. U každé matky jsme pozorovali proces kojení ve čtyřech dílčích kategoriích. Použili jsme vlastní pozorovací arch vytvořený na základě hodnotící škály NCAST. Cílem naší práce bylo podrobně popsat a posoudit problémy ve vzájemné interakci matky a novorozence v oblasti verbální a neverbální komunikace, reakce matky na aktuálně vyjadřované potřeby novorozence a problémy v oblasti vzájemné polohy novorozence a matky při kojení. V oblasti verbální komunikace matky a novorozence jsme zjistili, že tato forma je pro matky velmi přirozená. Důležitý rozdíl jsme vnímali v intenzitě prožívání této formy komunikace, kdy u matek rodících císařským řezem byla tato forma intenzivně vyžadována a někdy až nepřirozeně chtěná. V oblasti neverbální komunikace jsme zaznamenali nižší míru používání této formy komunikace u matek rodících císařským řezem způsobenou nejistotou matky, případně zvýšenou bolestivostí při kojení. V oblasti reakce matky na aktuálně vyjadřované potřeby dítěte jsme pozorovali nezvládnutí správné techniky přiložení dítěte k prsu. V těchto situacích se pozitivně projevil význam intervence laktační poradkyně. Považujeme za významné, aby se neustále rozvíjel proces odborného vzdělávání zdravotnického personálu v průběhu již vykonávané praxe. Proto se domníváme, že tento zdravotnický personál by se měl v takto specifické oblasti i nadále vzdělávat ve vyšších odborných a nejlépe vysokoškolských oborech. In our bachelor's thesis we focused on the interaction between mother and child depending on the feeding method according to Bernard's model. The research sample consisted of 14 mothers. For each mother, we observed the breastfeeding process across four subcategories. We used our own observation sheet, created based on the NCAST assessment scale. The aim of our work was to describe in detail and assess problems in the mutual interaction between mother and newborn in the areas of verbal and non-verbal communication, the mother's responses to the newborn's currently expressed needs and problems in the mutual positioning of the newborn and mother during breastfeeding. In the area of verbal communication between mother and newborn we have found that this form is very natural for mothers. We noticed a significant difference in the intensity of experiencing this form of communication, where mothers who had given birth via cesarean section required this form intensely and sometimes even unnaturally. In the area of non-verbal communication, we recorded a lower use of this form among mothers who had given birth via cesarean section due to the mother's uncertainty or increased pain during breastfeeding. In the area of the mother's response to the newborn's currently expressed needs, we observed difficulties in mastering the correct technique of attaching the child to the breast. In these situations, the positive impact of lactation consultant intervention was evident. We consider it significant to develop continuously the process of professional education of healthcare personnel during their ongoing practice. Therefore, we believe that this healthcare personnel should continue to educate themselves in such a specific area at higher professional and ideally university levels.
