[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ošetření novorozence na porodním sále ve vybraných nemocnicích po spontánním porodu. Hlavními cíli práce bylo zjistit, jaký je postup ošetření novorozence na porodním sále po spontánním porodu ve vybraných nemocnicích a zjistit názor sester na tento postup na jejich pracovišti. Metodologie výzkumu zahrnovala polostrukturované rozhovory se sestrami z vybraných nemocnic. Odpovědi sester byly zaznamenávány do záznamových archů a následně analyzovány metodou tužka a papír (Švaříček et al., 2014). Výsledky byly kategorizovány do dvou kategorií, které odpovídají cílům práce: první kategorie se vztahuje k postupu ošetření novorozence a druhá k názoru sester na tento postup. Výsledky ukazují, že postupy ošetření novorozence se liší. Sestry uvedly různé postupy a podle jejich zkušeností by bylo potřeba některé věci změnit. Konkrétně sestry poukazovaly na potřebu aktualizace některých procedur a standardizace postupů, aby byla zajištěna vyšší úroveň péče o novorozence. Sestry mají různé názory na efektivitu a adekvátnost těchto postupů, což naznačuje potřebu změn a následně možných zlepšení v praxi. Přínos této práce spočívá v možnosti zvýšení spolupráce mezi nemocnicemi a sdílení jejich postupů. Toto sdílení může vést ke spojení zkušeností více lidí, což může zlepšit péči o novorozence a zajistit efektivnější a kvalitnější ošetření. Tímto způsobem může být dosaženo větší kvality péče napříč různými zdravotnickými zařízeními. Sdílení osvědčených postupů a zkušeností může také podpořit inovace a využívání nejlepších možných metod v péči o novorozence. Celkově by tato práce mohla přispět k vytvoření jednotnějších a efektivnějších postupů při ošetření novorozenců na porodních sálech, což by mělo pozitivní dopad na zdravotní péči a výsledky pro novorozence i jejich rodiny.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the treatment of newborns in the delivery room in selected hospitals following spontaneous delivery. The main objectives of the thesis were to determine the procedure for treating newborns in the delivery room after spontaneous delivery in selected hospitals and to ascertain the nurses' opinions on this procedure at their workplaces. The research methodology included semi-structured interviews with nurses from selected hospitals. The nurses' responses were recorded on record sheets and subsequently analyzed using the pencil and paper method. The results were categorized into two categories corresponding to the thesis objectives: the first category relates to the procedure for treating newborns, and the second to the nurses' opinions on this procedure. The results show that the procedures for treating newborns vary. Nurses reported different procedures and, based on their experiences, suggested that some aspects need to be changed. Specifically, nurses pointed out the need to update some procedures and standardize practices to ensure a higher level of newborn care. Nurses have differing opinions on the effectiveness and adequacy of these procedures, indicating the need for changes and potential improvements in practice. The contribution of this thesis lies in the possibility of increasing cooperation between hospitals and sharing their procedures. This sharing can lead to the pooling of experiences from more people, which can improve newborn care and ensure more effective and quality treatment. In this way, higher quality care can be achieved across different healthcare facilities. Sharing best practices and experiences can also support innovation and the use of the best possible methods in newborn care. Overall, this thesis could contribute to the creation of more uniform and effective procedures for treating newborns in delivery rooms, which would have a positive impact on healthcare and outcomes for newborns and their families.
