[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním kvality sociálních služeb v domově pro seniory, v rámci čehož se dále zaměřuje na zjištění, jaká je spokojenost klientů s kvalitou sociálních služeb poskytovaných v domově pro seniory a jaké jsou z pohledu klientů její možné nedostatky. Člení se na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se bakalářská práce zabývá obdobím stárnutí, stářím a typickými změnami, které s sebou tyto období přináší, a dále je také vymezena kvalita života ve stáří, společně s konceptem aktivního stárnutí a potřebami seniorů. Následně se teoretická část zaměřuje na sociální služby, standardy kvality poskytovaných sociálních služeb a v neposlední řadě vymezuje domovy pro seniory, v rámci kterých je péče o seniory poskytována interprofesním týmem. V praktické části bakalářské práce byla zvolena strategie kvalitativního výzkumu, při kterém byla využita technika sběru dat pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s cílem zjistit, jaká je kvalita sociálních služeb v domově pro seniory. Následná analýza dat byla zpracována pomocí otevřeného kódování. V rámci výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že jsou klienti celkově spokojeni s kvalitou sociálních služeb, které jim jsou v domově pro seniory poskytovány. Přechod z domácího prostředí do domova pro seniory je pro klienty velkým milníkem, na který se musí postupně adaptovat. Klienti jsou spokojeni se svým pokojem i jeho vybavením, všechny prostory jsou v domově pro seniory přizpůsobené klientům a jsou prostorné. Kvalita podávané stravy a nápojů je hodnocena průměrně až nadprůměrně a s nabídkou jsou klienti spokojeni. Klienti jsou taktéž spokojeni s poskytováním péče. Personál se vždy snaží péči přizpůsobit jejich potřebám, což pro ně může být mnohdy psychicky a především fyzicky náročné. Důležitou součástí z pohledu klientů je aktivizace, která je pro ně příjemným zpestřením pobytu v domově pro seniory a napomáhá jim k začlenění do společenského života v zařízení. Nedílnou součástí, která hraje důležitou roli pro psychickou pohodu klientů, jsou návštěvy rodiny a jejich blízkých. The bachelor thesis investigates the quality of social services in a home for the elderly. It focuses on assessing client satisfaction with these services and identifying potential shortcomings from the clients' perspective. The thesis is divided into two main sections: a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the bachelor thesis explores the period of aging, old age and typical changes associated with these stages. The quality of life in old age is also assessed, together with the concept of active aging and the needs of the elderly. Subsequently, the theoretical part focuses on social services, quality standards of social services and, last but not least, it defines homes for the elderly. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, a qualitative research strategy was chosen, in which a data collection technique using semi-structured interviews was used in order to find out what the quality of social services in a home for the elderly is. Subsequent data analysis was done using open coding method. The research found that clients are generally satisfied with the quality of social services provided in the home for the elderly. The transition from a home environment to a home for the elderly is a major milestone for clients, to which they have to adapt gradually. The clients are satisfied with their room and its equipment, all the rooms in the home for the elderly are adapted to the clients needs and are spacious. The quality of the food and drinks served was rated above average to average and clients are satisfied with the offerings. Clients are also satisfied with the care provided. Staff always try to tailor care to their needs, which can be mentally and especially physically challenging for them. From the clients' point of view, an important component is the activation, which is a pleasant diversification of their stay in the home for the elderly and help them to integrate into social life in the facility. Visits from family and loved ones are crucial for the clients psychological well-being.
