[cze][eng] Současný stav: Spokojenost pacientů s ošetřovatelskou péčí je v dnešní době velmi důležitým faktorem v oblasti hodnocení kvality poskytovaných služeb ve zdravotnictví. Spokojenost pacienta může být v průběhu hospitalizace ovlivněna mnoho různými faktory jako je např.: jednání a vzhled personálu, množství poskytnutých informací, prostředí, ve kterém se pacient nachází či aktuální rozpoložení pacienta po psychickéi fyzické stránce. Proto se prostředky pro hodnocení spokojenosti pacientů se musí neustále vyvíjet a přizpůsobovat současným požadavkům ošetřovatelství i pacientů. Cíl výzkumu: Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zmapovat spokojenost pacientů s ošetřovatelskou péčí na standardních jednotkách chirurgických oddělení v Jihočeském kraji. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, zda je spokojenost pacientů s ošetřovatelskou péčí závislá na zvolených charakteristikách pacientů: pohlaví, věk, vzdělání, druh operačního výkonu, četnost hospitalizace a délka hospitalizace. Metodika: Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu formou standardizovaného dotazníku o 22 otázkách. Dotazník by rozvržen do 6 oblastí: identifikační údaje pacienta, základní údaje o hospitalizaci, spokojenost pacienta s komunikací během hospitalizace, spokojenost pacienta s poskytnutou ošetřovatelskou péčí během hospitalizace, spokojenost pacienta s mírou informovanosti během hospitalizace, spokojenost pacienta s celkovým pobytem na oddělení. Výzkumného šetření se zúčastnily 4 nemocnice z Jihočeského kraje: Nemocnice České Budějovice, Nemocnice Tábor, Nemocnice Jindřichův Hradec a Nemocnice Český Krumlov. Pro výzkumné šetření byli vybráni pacienti, kteří byli hospitalizování na standardní chirurgické ošetřovatelské jednotce a podstoupili operační výkon v dutině břišní. Výzkumný soubor: V rámci výzkumného šetření bylo osloveno celkem 200 pacientů, z toho bylo osloveno 50 pacientů z Nemocnice České Budějovice, 50 pacientů z Nemocnice Český Krumlov, 50 pacientů z Nemocnice Tábor a 50 pacientů z Nemocnice Jindřichův Hradec. Celková návratnost dotazníků byla 100 %. Výsledky: Výzkumné šetření prokázalo že, pacienti jsou s většinou oblastí v rámci poskytování ošetřovatelské péče spokojeni. Výsledky šetření však poukazují i na oblasti, které vyžadují zlepšení. Nejhůře byla pacienty hodnocena oblast psychické a emocionální podpory ze strany zdravotnického personálu, oblast dostupnosti zdravotnického personálu v případě naléhavé potřeby a oblast představení se pečujícího zdravotnického personálu. V oblasti vlivu pacientských charakteristik na spokojenost s poskytnutou ošetřovatelskou péčí byl prokázán vliv jediné vybrané charakteristiky - pohlaví, kdy muži byli více spokojeni ve všech hodnocených oblastech péče. Current state: Patient satisfaction with nursing care is nowadays a very important factor in the field of evaluation of the quality of services provided in the healthcare sector. Patient satisfaction can be influenced by many different factors during hospitalization, such as: the behavior and appearance of the staff, the amount of information provided, the environment in which the patient is located or the patient's current mental and physical state. Therefore, tools for assessing patient satisfaction must constantly evolve and adapt to the current demands of both nursing and patients. Aim of the research: The goal of the research investigation was to map patient satisfaction with nursing care in standard units of surgical departments in the South Bohemian Region. Another goal was to determine whether patient satisfaction with nursing care depends on selected patient characteristics: gender, age, education, type of surgery, frequency of hospitalization and length of hospitalization. Methodology: The research investigation was carried out using quantitative research in the form of a standardized questionnaire with 24 questions. The questionnaire was divided into 6 areas: patient identification data, basic hospitalization data, patient satisfaction with communication during hospitalization, patient satisfaction with the nursing care provided during hospitalization, patient satisfaction with the level of information during hospitalization, patient satisfaction with the overall stay in the ward. Four hospitals from the South Bohemian Region participated in the research: České Budějovice Hospital, Tábor Hospital, Jindřichův Hradec Hospital and Český Krumlov Hospital. Patients who were hospitalized in a standard surgical nursing unit and underwent surgery on the abdominal cavity were selected for the research study. Research group: A total of 200 patients were interviewed as part of the research, of which 50 patients were interviewed from the České Budějovice Hospital, 50 patients from the Český Krumlov Hospital, 50 patients from the Tábor Hospital and 50 patients from the Jindřichův Hradec Hospital. The total return of the questionnaires was 100 %. Results: Research has shown that patients are satisfied with most areas within the provision of nursing care. However, there are also areas that require improvement. The worst rated by patients was the area of psychological and emotional support from the healthcare staff, the availability of healthcare staff in case of urgent need and the introduction of the caring healthcare staff. In the area of the influence of patient characteristics on satisfaction with the provided nursing care, the influence of a single selected characteristic - gender, was proven, when men were more satisfied in all evaluated areas of care.
