Práce věnuje pozornost přínosům výtvarného umění pro nemocné s psychotickou zkušeností. Sleduje pozitiva kombinace aktivní skupinové receptivní arteterapie s následnou produktivní výtvarnou činností pacientů. Na základě shrnutí problematiky psychotických onemocnění je představena metodologie na ukázce práce s konkrétním obrazem. Vyzdviženy jsou specifické faktory, které je třeba zvážit při výběru obrazu, jehož explorace má sloužit k tréninku mentalizace, percepčních, kognitivních a emocionálních procesů a pacientově ukotvení v realitě. Na výtvarných artefaktech vybraných pacientů jsou ukázána témata, se kterými se autoři na obraze vyrovnávali. Práce spatřuje výhody této metodologie v aktivizaci často demotivovaných pacientů, citlivém otevírání témat, ke kterým by bylo jinak obtížnější se přiblížit, a jejich následném výtvarném zpracování This thesis focuses on the benefits of visual art for patients with psychotic experiences. It looks at the benefits of combining active group receptive art therapy with subsequent productive art activities of patients. Based on a summary of the issues surrounding psychotic illnesses, the methodology is presented through an example of working with a specific painting. Specific factors to be considered when selecting an image are highlighted, the exploration of which is intended to train mentalisation, perceptual, cognitive and emotional processes and the patient's grounding in reality. The artifacts of the selected patients are used to show the themes that the artists dealt with in the painting. The work sees the advantages of this methodology in the activation of often demotivated patients, the sensitive opening up of themes that would otherwise be more difficult to approach, and their subsequent artistic elaboration.
