Bakalářská práce se zabývá živelními pohromami a jejím dopadem na nemovité věci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána legislativní úprava a jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy v oblasti živelních pohrom a pojišťovnictví. Práce je zaměřena na živelnou pohromu povodeň, škody které může způsobit a jak se před ní chránit. Praktická část pojednává o vybrané rizikové oblasti Slavkov u Brna a určuje rozsah škod, které nastaly. V závěru práce je popsána nabídka pojištění nemovitých věcí v dané rizikové oblasti. The bachelor thesis deals with natural disasters and their impacts on real estate. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the legislation and explains the basic concepts in the field of natural disasters and insurance. The work is focused on the natural disaster flood, the damage it can cause and how to protect yourself from it. The practical part deals with selected risk areas of Slavkov u Brna and determines the extent of damage that has occurred. At the end of the work is described the offer of real estate insurance in the given risk area.
