Bakalářská práce se zaobírá zhodnocením ekonomických dopadů zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižení. Vychází se z dostupných informací od konkrétního sociálního podniku se kterým byla navázána spolupráce. Cílem práce není jen zhodnocení ekonomických dopadů na zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postiže-ním ale i porovnání mzdových nákladů, čisté mzdy a produktivity postiženého a zdravého zaměstnance. V neposlední řade je zmíněna integrace osob se zdravot-ním postižením a vliv zaměstnání na jejich zdraví. Součástí práce je i doporučení pro širší podnikatelskou veřejnost. Bachelor thesis deals with evaluating economic impacts on employing persons with disabilities. It is processing information from selected social company. The aim is not just evaluate economic impacts on employing disabled persons but also a comparison of labour costs, net wage and productivity between disabled and healthy employee. Integration of disabled persons into society and impact of employment on their health is also mentioned in the thesis. It also includes a recommendation for wider business community.
