Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení využití dotací z Programu rozvoje venkova v Jihomoravském kraji, v rámci prioritní osy III. 1.3, podporující rozvoj ven-kovské turistiky v programovém období 2007--2013. Teoretická část čerpá z prostudovaných literárních zdrojů, které tvoří kapitolu Literární přehled. Součástí praktické části je dotazníkové šetření, které zjišťuje spokojenost úspěšných žadatelů čerpajících dotaci z Programu rozvoje venkova. Dle vyhodnocených dotazníků jsou s využitím SWOT analýzy stanoveny silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby z pohledu žadatele o dotaci. Závěrem jsou navržena opatření pro zjednodušení čerpání dotací metodou SMART, která vychází z vyhodnocené SWOT analýzy a snaží se o eli-minaci hrozeb a slabých stránek za využití silných stránek a příležitostí. The diploma thesis focuses on evaluation of use of grants from Rural development programme in the South Moravia region as a part of priority axis III. 1.3, supporting the rural tourism in the programming period 2007--2013. The theoretical part of this thesis consists of literary review. There is a survey in the practical part examining the satisfaction of successful applicants of Rural development programme. According to the survey results, the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats are defined from the grant applicant's point of view with regard to the SWOT analysis. Finally, the measures are proposed by the SMART method to simplify the grant acquiring process. The SMART method is based on the results of SWOT analysis and strives for threats and weaknesses elimination and utilization of the strengths and opportunities.
