Tato práce se věnuje podnikatelskému plánu na založení malého e-shopu s oříšky a sušeným masem. Cílem práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán pro založení tohoto e-shopu a vyhodnotit jeho ekonomickou sílu a rentabilitu. V případě, že by mohl být podnikatelský záměr ekonomicky výhodný, budou e-shopu udělena doporučení, jak této výhody docílit. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy v první teoretické části je pozornost věnována podnikatelskému modelu CANVAS, specifikům prodeje přes e-shop, skladování a přepravě zboží a tvorbě finančního plánu. Následně v části praktické je představen podnikatelský záměr e-shopu, je zkoumána konkurence, kupní síla na trhu, a nakonec jsou stanoveny odhadované tržby e-shopu včetně nákladů na následujících pět let. Poté dojde k vyhodnocení ekonomické výhodnosti tohoto podnikatelského záměru. This work deals with a business plan for the establishment of a small e-shop with nuts and dried meat. The aim of this work is to compile a business plan for the establishment of this e-shop and evaluate its economic strength and profitability. In the event that a business plan could be economically advantageous, the e-shop will be given recommendations on how to achieve this advantage. The work is divided into two parts, where the first theoretical part pays attention to the business model CANVAS, the specifics of sales through the e-shop, warehousing and transportation of goods and the creation of a financial plan. Subsequently, the practical part presents the business plan of the e-shop, examines the competition, purchasing power in the market and finally determines the estimated sales of the e-shop, including costs for the next five years. Then the economic profitability of this business plan will be evaluated.
