Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje tématu strategického plánování na obecní úrovni. Cílem diplomové práce je podrobněji rozpracovat již existující Program obnovy obce Horní Moštěnice (2023-2027) a zhodnotit přístup obce ke strategickému plánování. Ke zdárnému dosažení cíle bude nejprve vysvětlena problematika strategického plánování pomocí literární rešerše. Dále bude představena analytická část, kde bude popsána charakteristika obce, která je sestavena dle Metodiky tvorby programu rozvoje obce vydanou MMR v roce 2014. Součástí práce bude i vyhodnocení předchozího Programu obnovy obce, a také vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a řízeného rozhovoru se starostou obce. Návrhová část bude záměrně kopírovat již schválené programové cíle. Na závěr jsou uvedeny obdobně zaměřené výzkumy a porovnány s výzkumem provedeným autorkou práce. The presented diploma thesis is devoted to the topic of strategic planning at the municipal level. The aim of the thesis is to develop in more detail the already exis-ting Renewal Program of the municipality of Horní Moštěnice (2023-2027) and to evaluate the municipality's approach to strategic planning. To successfully achieve the goal, the issue of strategic planning will first be explained with the help of lite-rature research. Furthermore, an analytical part will be presented, where the cha-racteristics of the municipality will be described, which is compiled according to the Methodology for creating a municipal development program issued by the MMR in 2014. The work will also include an evaluation of the previous Renewal program of the municipality, as well as an evaluation of a questionnaire survey and a controlled interview with the mayor of the village. The design part will intentio-nally copy already approved program objectives. In the conclusion, similarly fo-cused researches is presented and compared with the research of the author of the thesis
