[cze][eng] Malé a střední podniky (MSP) zásadně ovlivňují vývoj české ekonomiky, zaměstnávají více jak 60 % zaměstnanců a jsou důležitým činitelem zahraničního obchodu, a to nejen v České republice. MSP v podmínkách globalizace čelí čím dál tím větším konkurenčním silám, a proto v obchodním světě nabývá pro většinu firem na významu otázka internacionalizace. Právě proces internacionalizace může českým MSP pomoci dlouhodobě přežít v dnešní globalizované společnosti. Záměrem práce je návrh metodického postupu identifikace charakteristik ovlivňujících úspěšnost českých MSP na zahraničních trzích, jehož součástí je návrh rozsáhlého empirického výzkumu. Dále je navržen systém hodnocení úspěšnosti MSP na zahraničních trzích, za jehož využití bude možné ze souboru definovaných charakteristik ovlivňujících aktivity českých MSP na zahraničních trzích, identifikovat jen ty, které ovlivňují jejich úspěšnost. V závěru práce je zpracována případová studie, která ověřuje navrhovaný metodický postup.Small and medium-sized Enterprises (SME's) are driving force of Czech economy, development, innovations, growth and employ more than 60 % of employees. Thanks to globalization and reduction of barriers of trade Czech SME's must face increasing competition. On this account the process of the internacionalization of SME's becomes actual and facilitates them to survive. The main objective of this thesis is to propose methodical process of identification factors, which influence success of SME's in foreign markets. Further is designed evaluating system, which evaluates success of the small and medium-sized enterprises in foreign markets. At the close of the thesis is presented case study, which verify proposed methodical process.
