Vliv hnojení na produkci osiva poloparazitické rostliny kokrhele luštince

[cze][eng] Poloparazitické rostliny rodu Rhinanthus jsou schopné snižovat konkurenceschopnost dominantních trav ve společenstvu a prostřednictvím toho zvyšovat biodiverzitu travních porostů. Díky této vlastnosti se staly předmětem zájmu, jako možný prostředek pro udržení nebo vytvoření nových druhově rozmanitých travních společenstev. S cílem zhodnotit vliv dusíkatého hnojení na působení kokrhele lučince (Rhinanthus alectorolophus) na jílek vytrvalý (Lolium perenne) byl u obce Zadní Vydří založen pokus. Pokus měl tři varianty: hnojený a nehnojený porost jílku vytrvalého s přítomností rostlin Rhinanthus a nehnojený porost bez přítomnosti Rhinanthus. Vzorky nadzemní biomasy se sbíraly ve dvou termínech. U obou druhů se zjišťovala hmotnost nadzemní biomasy a hmotnost semen. Současně byl analyzován obsah vybraných prvků v obou druzích (N, P, K, Ca a Mg). Hnojení mělo pozitivní průkazný vliv na výšku trav i Rhinanthus. Hnojení zvýšilo průkazně biomasu trav, ovšem ne jejich pokryvnost. Průměrný počet rostlin Rhinanthus byl nižší u hnojené varianty a s ním i průměrná pokryvnost. Průměrná produkce biomasy Rhinanthus byla vyšší u hnojené varianty. Ovšem ani u jednoho z parametrů nebyl rozdíl průkazný vlivem velké variability jednotlivých opakování. Nebyl prokázán vliv hnojení ani parazitace na HTS Lolium perenne ani vliv hnojení na HTS Rhinanthus. HTS a produkce obilek trav měla tendenci stoupat v nepřítomnosti poloparazita. Obsahy živin v biomase Rhinanthus byly podstatně vyšší než v travách a hnojení ani parazitace neměly ve většině případů vliv na obsah prvků v biomase trav.Hemiparasitic plants of genus Rhinanthus are able to supress a competitive ability of dominant grasses in grasslands and subsequently increase biodiversity of the community. Their role in grassland communities has become of interest and they have started to be considered as possible tool for restoration or creation of biodiverse grasslands. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effects of Rhinanthus alectorolophus on its host Lolium perenne. For this purpose, a field experiment was set up. It had three variants: fertilized and unfertilized, both with Rhinanthus and unfertilized without Rhinanthus. The samples were collected in two terms and growth parameters were measured. Also seed size and their production were evaluated. And biomass of both parasite and host was analysed for content of chosen mineral elements. Fertilization had positive significant effect on height of grass and Rhinanthus. Production of biomass was also higher in fertilized plots. Cover of grasses was not significantly affected by fertilization. The mean number and mean cover of Rhinanthus individuals was lower in the fertilized plots. Mean production of biomass was higher in fertilized plots. However, none of the parameters was significantly affected by fertilization, due to wide variability of the replications. Weight of thousand seeds and production of seeds of Rhinanthus was not affected by fertilization. Mean weight of thousand seeds and mean production of seeds of grasses was insignificantly higher in absence of hemiparasite. Content of elements in Rhinanthus of biomass was higher, compared to grasses. Fertilization or presence of Rhinanthus did not affect element contents in grasses in most cases.
