[cze][eng] Cílem práce bylo posoudit vliv půdní a listové aplikace síry a bóru na obsah chlorofylu v listech, výšku rostlin a kvantitativní a kvalitativní parametry sklizených semen sóji luštinaté. Problematika byla řešena formou nádobového pokusu ve vegetační hale Mendelovy univerzity v Brně. Do pokusu byly zařazeny následující varianty: 1. S30 + Slist, 2. S30 + Bpůda, list, 3. S30 + Slist + Bpůda, list, 4. S60 + Slist, 5. S60 + Bpůda, list a 6. S60 + Slist + Bpůda, list. Do půdy byla síra aplikována ve dvou dávkách (30 a 60 kg.ha-1). Na všechny varianty byla aplikována síra (30 kg.ha-1) ve formě síranu amonného, resp. síranem amonným s bórem, kterými byla současně dodána startovací dávka dusíku (29 kg.ha-1). Pro vyšší dávku síry byl na variantách č. 4-6 aplikován síran draselný. Pro aplikace na list byla použita suspenze jemně mleté elementární síry v dávce 4 kg.ha-1 a roztok borethanolaminu v dávce bóru 0,5 kg.ha-1. Na základě získaných výsledků lze konstatovat, že vyšší aplikace síry do půdy vykazuje příznivé účinky na výšku rostlin, výnos i kvalitu semen. Foliární aplikace elementární síry má příznivý vliv na obsah oleje v semenech sóji a foliární aplikace bóru vykazovala vyšší výnos, velikost lusků, počet semen v luscích, obsah dusíkatých látek v semeni i obsah chlorofylu v listech. Kombinovaná aplikace síry a bóru na list příznivě ovlivnila obsah chlorofylu v listech, výnos semen, obsah dusíkatých látek a olejnatost semen.The aim of the work was to assess the influence of soil and leaf application of sulphur and boron on the chlorophyll content in leaves, plant height and quantitative and qualitative parameters of harvested soybean seeds. The problematics was solved in the form of a pot experiment in the vegetation hall of Mendel University in Brno. The following variants were included in the experiment: 1. S30 + Sleaf, 2. S30 + Bsoil, leaf, 3. S30 + Sleaf + Bsoil, leaf, 4. S60 + Sleaf, 5. S60 + Bsoil, leaf and 6. S60 + Sleaf + Bsoil, leaf. Sulphur was applied to the soil in two doses (30 and 60 kg.ha-1). Sulphur (30 kg.ha-1) in the form of ammonium sulphate was applied to all variants, resp. ammonium sulphate with boron, to which a starting dose of nitrogen (29 kg.ha-1) was supplied at the same time. For a higher dose of sulphur, potassium sulphate was applied on variants No. 4-6. For foliar applications were used a suspensions of finely ground elemental sulphur at a dose of 4 kg.ha-1 and a borethanolamine solution at a boron dose of 0.5 kg.ha-1. Based on the obtained results, it can be stated that higher application of sulphur to the soil shows favourable effects on plant height, yield and seed quality. Foliar application of elemental sulphur has a favourable effect on the oil content in soybean seeds and foliar application of boron showed a higher yield, pod size, number of seeds in pods, nitrogen content in the seed and chlorophyll content in the leaves. The combined application of sulphur and boron on the leaf had a positive effect on the chlorophyll content in the leaves, seed yield, nitrogen content and seed oil content.
