Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení vlivu čerpání finančních prostředků formou dotací EU z IROP na rozvoj krajů v České republice. Cílem bylo identifikovat vliv čerpání dotací z IROP na indikátory rozvoje stanovené ve Strategii regionálního rozvoje ČR, naplňování rozvojových cílů IROP a strategie Evropa 2020. V práci je využita analýza panelových dat a nástroje popisné statistiky a ekonometrické analýzy. Výsledky práce ukazují, že dotace EU z IROP mají na zvolené indikátory rozvoje regionů pouze malý vliv. Práce dále obsahuje doporučení změn v nastavení podmínek finanční spoluúčasti žadatelů na projektech a navrhuje určité změny v legislativě, zavedení poplatků, či změnu zacílení podpory, což by mohlo vést ke zlepšení efektivity čerpání finančních prostředků z EU ve vztahu k rozvoji regionů ČR. The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the impact of drawing funds in the form of EU subsidies from the IROP on the development of regions in the Czech Republic. The aim of the study was to identify the impact of drawing subsidies from the IROP on development indicators set in The Strategy of Regional Development of the Czech Republic, fulfillment of development goals of the IROP and the Europe 2020 strategy. The results show that EU subsidies from the IROP have only a small effect on selected indicators of regional development in the Czech republic. The diploma thesis also contains recommendations for changes in setting the conditions for financial participation of applicants in the projects and proposes some legislative changes, the introduction of fees and changes in targeting the supported areas, which could lead to improvement in efficiency of drawing from the EU funds in relation to the development of the regions of the Czech republic.
