Práce se zaobírá normou EN 15221 - Facility management (V České republice pod označením ČSN EN 15221). Přibližuje rozdílnost hlavních a podpůrných činností organizace a přínosy facility managementu organizaci. Uvádí způsoby implementace facility managementu do organizace a dle normy členění jejich fází. Poslední část je pak aplikací normy na modelový příklad přípravy výběrového řízení na poskytování služeb facility managementu. Work presents European standard EN 15221 - Facility Managemnet. It explains differences between organization's core business and support activities and it sums up benefits for an organization. Work shows ways of FM implementation to an organization and its phases according to the standard. Last chapter contains an application of standard EN 15221 on the example- contract preparation of FM-services
