Plchotová, L. Dopady pandemie Covid-19 na hotelové služby. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady pandemie Covid-19 na hotelové služby v České republice. Hlavním cílem je identifikace těchto dopadů. V teoretické části je vymezena problematika hotelových služeb v kontextu cestovního ruchu, hotelového managementu, kvality, spokojenosti a loajality hosta. Vlastní práce obsahuje zhodnocení současného stavu-dopad pandemie na ubytovací zařízení za využití sekundárních dat. Na základě analýzy primárních dat (dvou dotazníkových šetření, hloubkových rozhovorů) je zkoumána změna spotřebitelského chování, postoje ke stávajícím opatřením, obavy a preference návštěvníků hotelových zařízení v souvislosti s Covid-19. Následuje diskuse a návrhy s řešením, jak zmírnit dopady pandemie zvýšením návštěvnosti a spokojenosti hostů. Plchotová, L. Impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the hotel industry. Bachelor's thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2021. This bachelor thesis deals with the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the hotel industry in the Czech Republic. The main goal is to identify these impacts. The theoretical part defines the issue of hotel services in the context of tourism, hotel management, quality, satisfaction and loyalty of the guest. The work itself contains an evaluation of the current state impact of the pandemic on the accom-modation facility using secondary data. Based on analysis of primary data (two questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews), there is an examination of changes in consumer behaviour, attitudes to existing care, concerns and preferences of hotel visitors in connection with Covid-19. Create discussions and suggestions with two on how to mitigate the effects of the pandemic by increasing attendance and guest satisfaction.
