Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zjištění současného stavu objektu a navrhnutí možných způsobů obnovy rodinného domu. Výsledkem je vytvoření projektové dokumentace stávajícího i navrhovaného stavu. V objektu byl proveden stavebně technický průzkum, jehož výstupem je popis současného stavu objektu. Dle závěrů z průzkumů a podnětů majitele je vytvořen návrh nového dispozičního řešení domu v kombinaci s moderním přístupem a celkovým rozpočtem vstupních materiálů. The thesis is focused on the current status of the object and propose possible ways to restore the house. The result is the project documentation of the old and new status. The building was carried out construction-technical survey, whose output is a description of the current state of the object. The result is a draft of the new layout of the house in combination with a modern approach and total budget of input materials.
