Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vztahů na pracovišti. Cílem je v první části představit firemní klima a jeho typy, druhy komunikace a především to, čemu čelí každý, stres. Empirická část je věnována výzkumu, který proběhl pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci firmy a navržení řešení popisované problematiky a tím zlepšení kvality mezilidských vztahů a komunikace nejen na pracovišti. This bachelor thesis focuses on interpersonal relations in the workplace. The aim of the first part is to introduce the company environment and its types, kinds of communication and the one thing we all face nowadays: stress. The empirical part focuses on research which was carried out by means of questionnaire among the employees of the company and proposes solutions to the problems described. It also offers an advice on how to improve the quality of interpersonal relationships and communication in and outside of the workplace.
