Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zjištění povědomí českých spotřebitelů o chatbot technologii. Zároveň také na ochotu komunikovat prostřednictvím chatbotů s firmami. Nejdříve však identifikuje oblasti využití této technologie. Dále se zaměří na zkoumání rizik a překážek, které s chatbot technologií souvisí. Výsledkem bude návrh doporučení pro firmy, které plánují zavést chatbot technologii, s ohledem na českého spotřebitele. Primární data jsou získány dotazníkovým šetřením 404 spotřebitelů a hloubkovými rozhovory s představiteli 4 firem. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že existuje závislost mezi povědomím o chatbotech a věkem. Chatbot využili především mladší respondenti ve věku od 25 do 44 let. Firmy, které zavedly chatbota hodnotí jeho fungování pozitivně, přesto však zákazníci stále této technologii nedůvěřují a upřednostňují komunikaci s člověkem. The diploma thesis is focused on the awareness of chatbot technology among Czech consumers, as well as their willingness to communicate through chatbots with companies. Firstly, the thesis identifies the fields of its usage. Next part is focused on the examination of risks and obstacles connected with the chatbot technology regarding the Czech consumer. Primary data are obtained by questionnaire survey of 404 consumers and in-dept interviews with the representatives of 4 companies. According to the survey, there is a dependence between the awareness of chatbots and the age. Chatbot was used mainly by younger respondents aged between 25 and 44. Companies which implemented the chatbot technology evaluate this step as positive, however, customers still do not trust this technology and prefer to communicate with person.
